An exciting new cafe experience fueled by altruism, community, and caffeine, is getting ready to alight into the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. La La Land Kind Cafe, a concept committed to “spreading kindness and serving top-quality coffee and delicious treats” has filed paperwork to open in the transportation hub.

La La Land Kind will be providing fuel for weary travelers at 2141 South International Parkway, Space # B-2-111C-A01. According to the paperwork filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the cafe will occupy 566 square feet. The renovations, set to begin on January 7 of this year, will turn an existing coffee shop space into La La Land’s next home. The extent of work required is described as “interior remodel of an existing coffee tenant space to a new brand coffee tenant space; new finishes throughout, new equipment, partition wall modifications.”

While an official opening date is not yet available, it is likely La La Land will be caffeinating flyers by spring; construction is projected to wrap by March 31.

DFW Airport visitors can feel good about fueling up at La La Land; since its founding in 2017, the cafe’s been dedicated to providing opportunities for foster youth. The brand already has a relatively strong presence in the Dallas region, with 12 storefronts open and operational.
