Pizza Salvatoré, a Quebec-based pizza chain known for its New York-style pies and all-you-can-eat buffets, is preparing to open a new location in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts at 240 Principale Street East.
The Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts location will officially open on February 10, 2026, according to Info Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts. This new restaurant is part of the brand’s ongoing expansion under its franchising model, which launched about three years ago. Customers can expect Pizza Salvatoré’s full menu, including signature pizzas, poutines, wings, sides, and desserts, with classic favorites such as Pepperoni, Hawaiian, All Dressed, and Salvatore’s Special.
Pizza Salvatoré was founded in 1964 by Salvatoré Abbatiello, a young Italian immigrant who came to Canada after World War II. The company has remained a family-run business and is now operated by the third generation, five Abbatiello siblings, who acquired the brand from their parents in 2018. The Abbatiello Group oversees more than 120 restaurants across Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Ontario. Pizza Salvatoré is ranked 12th in Canada and first in Quebec by Elite Franchise Canada.
The Laurentians region, where Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts is located, is known for its dynamism, tourist appeal, and high quality of life. Rue Principale Est, the site of the new restaurant, is a central thoroughfare with strong accessibility for both residents and visitors. This makes the location ideal for Pizza Salvatoré’s mix of carryout, delivery, and buffet offerings.
The menu emphasizes a wide variety of options for all tastes, from classic pizzas like Cheese, Pepperoni, and Meat Lover to specialty creations such as Spicy Thai Chicken, Whisky BBQ Beef, and Mediterranean. Customers can also enjoy poutines, boneless and traditional wings in multiple flavors, sides including fries, onion rings, and mozzarella sticks, as well as desserts like dough bites, hot cookies, and dessert poutines.
Pizza Salvatoré has recently seen strong growth, with individual pizzerias generating high sales volumes. The brand’s transition to franchising has allowed it to expand rapidly while maintaining operational simplicity. Each location benefits from a robust financial model, making the Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts restaurant an excellent landing space for the Pizza Salvatoré concept.
