There’s an exciting new day on the horizon for Arlington Anglophiles. British tavern The Londoner Pub is expanding its DFW presence with a new location planned for the neighborhood, reports Dallas Observer.

The chain is opening its fourth area location at 1409 N Collins Street. Paperwork filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation shows that the restaurant will span 4,100 square feet, taking over the space that previously housed Shakertin’s.

Completed renovations will provide The Londoner with 2 outdoor patio spaces and a double-sided fireplace.

The Londoner Arlington does not currently have a precise opening date, however the pub hopes to be customer-ready this summer, in time for the World Cup. COO Charlotte Tate previously told Arlington Report: “I’m hoping it’s a good time for us to take advantage of this influx of business.”

The Londoner Pub currently has locations open and operational in Dallas, Colleyville, and Addison. Future Arlington visitors can look forward to enjoying a menu featuring British favorites including Scotch eggs, fish and chips, and bangers and mash.
