Once home to Fat Sal’s Deli, the prime location sits in the booming entertainment center on Fremont Street near a Denny’s and the Heart Attack Grill.
At the helm of the opening is Donghwan Park, who was listed as the tenant of the building and the primary owner of ADGJ Enterprise Inc. What Now Las Vegas briefly spoke with Park about the upcoming opening. Park confirmed the opening, but was unable to share further details by the time of this publication.

The traditional Japanese dessert combines a warm, fish-shaped cake filled with sweet red bean paste with cool, creamy Japanese soft-serve ice cream, topped with everything from mochi to matcha drizzle.
