Developed by the global restaurant and nightlife outfit The h.wood Group, Delilah is an immersive supper club concept inspired by the Golden Age of Hollywood, with locations in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Miami. The group is finally bringing this signature concept to New York City in the form of Lady Delilah.
The upcoming jazz lounge will be set in a 10,000-square-foot subterranean space in the Meatpacking District at 351 W 14th St., which the group chose after scouting the five boroughs. An opening date is set for fall 2026.
In an exclusive Q&A with What Now New York, co-presidents and co-founders Brian Toll and John Terzian shared that Lady Delilah will be a love letter to New York’s cultural history and modern energy. For Terzian, the Meatpacking District offered the essential cocktail needed to evoke Lady Delilah’s grit and glamour.
“The Meatpacking District has a feel to it that encompasses style, history and energy, and we really loved everything about it,” Terizan said. “Even though the buildings have been modernized for the 21st century, they still maintain an old-world feel. When we chose this location… it really felt like the stars aligned as it all personifies Lady Delilah.”
Delilah locations in Los Angeles and Vegas offer shimmering lounge atmospheres. In New York, Lady Delilah will lean into a darker underground intimacy, inspired by the city’s history as a jazz crucible. Renovations are set to install Art Deco décor and Jazz Age textures, such as vintage oak fixtures and tiled barrel ceilings. In addition to nightly live jazz, there will also be impromptu sets from major global artists.
“All the Delilah locations have become known for surprise entertainment from major artists, and we’re planning to amp that up even more in New York,” Terizan said. “Our Lady Delilah debut party is shaping up to be a can’t-miss night full of surprises.”
On the culinary front, the menu will have Delilah staples currently available in the Los Angeles or Miami outposts, the co-founders said. However, Lady Delilah will have a local twist.
“We’re on the hunt for our Lady Delilah chef,” Toll said. “We’re excited to work with our future chef to create new signature menu items that capture the essence of this new location and all of New York.
“It also extends into our beverage programming,” he added, “so you can expect some new signature cocktails just for NYC.”
