Diners enjoy lagman noodles, plov, beshparmak, kebabs, dumplings, and savory pastries at Silk Way. The menu also includes Pepper-and-tomato achuchuck salad, samsas, chebureks, and Georgian-style khinkals. A black tea, green tea, lemon tea, ayran, and fruit compote are also served.
