a Northern Mexican restaurant and bar, will open June 17, 2026, in Brooklyn’s Dumbo neighborhood. The project is led by Alan Delgado and Ivy Mix. Diners can expect a variety of Mexican cuisine and crafted cocktails at the restaurant.
Titán to Bring Northern Mexican Flavors to Dumbo This June

Titán will open at 5 Front Street in Dumbo. Chef Alan Delgado, known for Los Burritos Juárez and Oxomoco, and Beverage Director Ivy Mix of Leyenda, Whoopsie Daisy, and Speed Rack lead the restaurant.
The project comes from the team behind Celestine and Grand Army, led by Managing Partners Julian Brizzi and Lauren Broder.
The restaurant will be housed in a historic building built in 1824. The concept aims to bring a distinctive Northern Mexican dining experience to both locals and Dumbo visitors. The rear garden patio will have direct views of the Brooklyn Bridge.
Titán focuses on flavors, ingredients, and cooking methods of Northern Mexico. Delgado’s concept is influenced by his childhood at the U.S.-Mexico border. He spent years traveling to learn more about the rich Mexican culinary heritage.
The menu highlights Northern Mexican dishes, showcasing regional flavors and culinary diversity. Ivy Mix leads the beverage program. The base of cocktails is a single ingredient. It may be a fruit, herb, or spice that is native to Mexico.
Titán will serve dinner Wednesday through Sunday and brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. Additional service days may be added in the future.
Design and Historic Space Details
Titán is named after the street in Ciudad Juárez where Alan Delgado’s family grew up. Lauren Broder of Celestine designed the restaurant for a comfortable, inviting, and nostalgic experience.
The design integrates the property’s historic elements with contemporary ones from Northern Mexico.
The interior walls are limewashed, with terracotta finishes and handcrafted tile. Guests will also find greenery and rich wood tones inside the restaurant. Wooden beams and flooring add warmth throughout the space.
The dining room features a large arched bar that is the focal point of the space. Plants are added to wood shelving to incorporate natural elements.
The outer patio sits under the Brooklyn Bridge, created as part of the dining room. In warmer seasons, the indoor and outdoor spaces collectively form an open and inviting area.
