Currently home to a Starbucks cafe, and previously home to an AT&T store, the northeast corner of Park Avenue and Kingsley Avenue in Orange Park looks to be welcoming a new restaurant into the mix.

This week, What Now came across plan review documents submitted by ACM Restaurant Holdings Clay, LLC for a new restaurant called Flame Broiler, which would open at 1963 Park Ave, Suite 200.

Some details are viewable online regarding plans for construction there for a project called “Flame Broiler Restaurant Orange Park, FL.”

What Now reached out to owner Emory Snead this week to ask about plans Flame Broiler Restaurant. Snead was not immediately available for comment.

As a result, it’s not yet known when Flame Broiler can be expected to launch—or exactly what its flames will be broiling! For now, we’ll have to watch and see.

Stay tuned for more details on the opening as they become available.
