SalonCentric is preparing to renovate a retail space in San Antonio, according to a recently filed project with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
The beauty industry distributor is planning improvements at Culebra Market, located at 10670 Culebra Road in Bexar County. The project is registered as a renovation and alteration and will involve updates to an approximately 3,050-square-foot retail store.
According to state filings, construction is expected to begin on June, 2026. The project carries an estimated cost of $130,000 and is privately funded by the tenant.
Plans call for an interior renovation that includes new partitions, finishes, fixtures, and associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. The upgrades are expected to refresh the space while supporting SalonCentric’s retail and professional beauty supply operations.
Project records list REIGL Culebra Market LP as the property owner, while Jeff Huhn is identified as the tenant contact for SalonCentric. Richard Lozano filed the project, and design work is being handled by Philip Borkowski of New Bremen, Ohio.
Founded in 2008, SalonCentric is one of the largest distributors of professional salon products in the United States. The company serves licensed beauty professionals and salon owners, offering products from leading brands across hair care, colour, skincare, nails, and beauty tools. SalonCentric operates hundreds of stores nationwide and is a subsidiary of L’Oréal USA.
The upcoming renovation comes as SalonCentric continues to invest in its retail footprint, providing beauty professionals with access to products, education, and business resources in local markets.
