The project is planned for 8623 McCullough Ave. and is listed under TABS2026023217. It involves a 16,585-square-foot interior alteration with an estimated cost of $699,000. Construction is scheduled to begin on August 17, 2026, and is expected to be completed by December 18, 2026.
According to filings, the renovation will focus on the fourth floor of the department store, where the existing furniture section will be removed and converted into a new children’s department, marking a significant internal reconfiguration of the retail layout.
