Lulu Rose Jewelry is preparing to open a new retail location in San Antonio, according to a recently filed permit with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
The boutique is planned for 17038 Fiesta Texas Dr at Cantera Heights – South, where it will occupy a 1,500-square-foot lease space. Project documents indicate the work will include an interior remodel of the existing unit to accommodate the new jewellery store.
The renovation is estimated at $250,000, with construction set to begin on July 1, 2026, and completion expected by December 1, 2026. The project is privately funded and involves a tenant build-out.
The tenant is listed as Lulu Rose Jewelry, while ownership of the property is held by US RELP Heights LLC. The design work is being handled by Jason Moran Collaborative Ventures LLC.
Lulu Rose Jewelry is expected to bring a new boutique shopping option to the Cantera Heights area, though further details on the store’s offering and opening plans have not yet been announced.
