According to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), Le Chateau Pet Resort is planned for 301 Caney Creek Rd., New Braunfels, TX 78130.

The project calls for the construction of a new 13,563-square-foot pet resort on approximately 3.25 acres. Plans include luxury boarding accommodations, dog daycare, and bathing services.

The development will feature a metal building along with parking, utility infrastructure, drainage improvements, landscaping, outdoor pet play yards, and other site enhancements.

Construction is expected to begin on July 1, 2026, with completion targeted for January 31, 2027. The project carries an estimated construction cost of $1.7 million.
