Kiki’s Health Cafe is expanding to Morrison, with a second location planned to open this September.
The cafe was founded in 2021 by husband-and-wife hospitality team Chef Rand G. Packer and Tiffani Packer, who also operate several other Front Range businesses, including Muddy Buck Coffee House, Murphy’s Mountain Grill, Evoke 1923 and La Rocca Rossa.
The Morrison location will build on the concept that first opened in Evergreen, offering a menu centered around whole foods, organic ingredients and meals designed to fuel an active lifestyle. The new location will be at 300 Bear Creek Avenue.
Kiki’s was inspired by the Packers’ daughter, Kirra, who grew up gravitating toward nutritious foods while pursuing competitive sports. What began as a family project quickly found a following among Evergreen locals, including hikers and others looking for a healthy meal after spending time outdoors.
Chef Rand Packer’s culinary background also plays a role in the cafe’s menu. Earlier in his career, he worked in Hawaii under chef Roy Yamaguchi, an experience that influenced his approach to fresh ingredients, bright flavors and food that feels both nourishing and satisfying.
That influence can be seen throughout Kiki’s menu, including dishes such as acai bowls and poke, alongside the cafe’s relaxed, island-inspired atmosphere.
“Our goal is to make healthy food easy. Just about everything is made from scratch, using the very best ingredients we can source. It’s food you can feel good about eating every day, whether you’re heading to work, coming off a hike, or grabbing something nutritious for your family,” said Rand.
The Morrison location is expected to open in September, marking the next step in the family’s growing Front Range hospitality portfolio.
