Slice House is getting ready to open its doors in Longmont, with the pizza concept preparing to welcome customers at 725 Harvest Moon Drive.

The restaurant will be located in Unit A, with co-franchisee Mike Tingus saying the team expects to open in mid-September. Tingus owns the restaurant with Dean Crescenzi.

Tingus said choosing Longmont came down to the community itself. In a recent social media post, he said the team wanted to become part of a place where residents support local businesses and care about quality.

“We’re not just opening a restaurant, we’re joining a community and we couldn’t be more excited to feed this town,” he said.

Slice House was created by Tony Gemignani, a World Pizza Champion, and takes a broad approach to pizza, drawing from styles including New York, Detroit, Sicilian and California. The menu also includes sandwiches, salads and sides.

The brand has continued expanding through franchise locations, bringing its different pizza styles to communities across the country.

For Longmont, the new restaurant will add another casual option for grabbing a slice, a full pie or something else from the menu.
