Goodness Bowls is planning to open a new store and headquarters in Conshohocken after adding four locations this year.

The popular health eats cafe will open at 200 Fayette St. in the former La Bella Moda space, which closed in May after 45 years in business.

“The spot we’re taking was a bridal shop. It was a great family-run business that we’ve got to know well. We’re super excited to carry on the tradition and legacy in that building,” Goodness Bowls president Finn Loftus told Whatnow Philadelphia.

Loftus said Conshohocken also holds special meaning for founders Sue and Corinne Persichetti.

“Corrine was born in Conshohocken and raised there through her early ages before they moved. They have a lot of community here. It’s a very close-knit community. When the spot came in, it just aligned. We’re really happy to be here,” he said.

The Persichettis, a mother-daughter duo, launched Goodness Bowls in 2019 with a simple philosophy: goodness creates more goodness. The brand now operates nine locations in Spring House, Collegeville, Villanova, Narberth, Scranton, Avalon, Sea Isle City, Haddon Township and Paoli.

The upcoming Conshohocken location, which will be corporate-owned like the Villanova and Avalon outposts, will span 3,500 square feet.

The eatery will occupy the first floor and offer the same menu and atmosphere as the brand’s other locations.

Goodness Bowls serves a fast-casual menu centered on customizable açaí, pitaya, coconut and green-based bowls topped with granola, fresh fruit, nut butters and superfoods.

The menu also features salads, wraps, warm grain bowls, avocado toast, oatmeal and light bites. Smoothies, cold-pressed juices, wellness shots, coffee and specialty lattes round out the offerings. Loftus said his favorite is the Postpump Smoothie, made with bananas, peanut butter, oats, chia seeds, chocolate whey and almond milk.

Upstairs, the headquarters will serve as a hub for training and meetings, supporting existing and new locations and franchisees while helping shape future menu offerings.

“We’ll use the store below to test new menu items that we might roll out to other locations,” Loftus said.

Loftus looks forward to Goodness Bowls’ continued growth and hinted additional locations are already in the pipeline.

“I’m excited to have that corporate little hub, having a store there and our offices. It will allow us to keep bettering the brand. We’re all there and not separated from the day to day of the store,” he said.

Both the Goodness Bowls eatery and headquarters are targeting a Q1 2027 debut. Visit the website and follow along on Instagram and Facebook for the latest updates.
