Wheaton residents are getting a new home for pizza and beer, arguably the greatest pairing the dining scene has ever known. Silver Branch Brewing Company and its partner project Mosaic Pizza are headed to the area, opening in the Wheaton Headquarters Building.
The two concepts will be welcoming visitors on the ground floor of 2425 Reedie Drive. Silver Branch and Mosaic Pizza will have 8,589 square feet of interior space and another 600 square feet dedicated to al fresco dining.
Founded by Christian Layke and Brett A. Robison, Silver Branch Brewing Company has become an area favorite, thanks to its delicious beers and warm, welcoming taprooms. Mosaic has earned an equally ardent fanbase due to its creative menu of delectable pizzas.
A precise opening timeline is not yet available for Silver Branch’s upcoming new location, however early reports suggest the establishment may be ready as soon as next summer.
