Greek and American cuisine is being fused at this new restaurant coming to the suburb.

Moe and Sam’s Gyros and Philly is coming to the village at 439 N Bolingbrook Drive this year. This is the first concept of its kind, and the team recently applied for a building permit at the village level. Owner Hussam Salaymeh told What Now Chicago he is hoping to open around the end of November or December.

From the village post, Salaymeh’s new restaurant will prepare Philly cheesesteaks, gyros, sandwiches, rice bowls, wings and fish. It is described as a “quick-service restaurant for the area. The rice bowls will be filled with proteins, veggies and sauces on top.

Good food, bigger flavor,” says a recent post from Salaymeh on Facebook

Moe and Sam’s is on the west side of N Bolingbrook Drive, in front of Indian Oaks Plaza. The FH JerkGOD Jamaican restaurant is also at the building, as well as Nutrition Healthy Life juice shop. This is near the Boughton Road intersection and on the north side of the suburb.

Right now, Salaymeh is waiting on final approvals and the building inspections to solidify an opening date. More information will be provided on social media in the near future.
