A new independent establishment is coming to Cedar Park. Hype Bar & Grill, run by Ram Sagar Rao Arkala and Naveen Mukka, will be coming to 821 W New Hope Dr.
“Basically, it’s a classic bar and grill,” co-owner Ram Sagar Rao Arkalal tells What Now Austin. “We will have grilled foods such as tandoori chicken. A lot of the menu will be Indian, but not completely Indian.”
“Drink-wise we’ll have beer, wine, cocktails and mocktails,” adds Naveen Mukka.
Regarding the space, Mukka illustrates a comfortable and spacious establishment.
“The atmosphere will be family-friendly with long tables ideal for people to hang out. There will be about 90 seats and plenty of parking.”
If all goes well, with construction anticipated to wrap up in March, Mukka & Arkala hope to open in April.
