According to recent public records, Chick Fil A’s Braker Lane site at 10901 Research Boulevard Service Road will soon begin improvements.

The records in question state that the renovation will consist of a “drive-thru expansion, the removal of an existing building kiosk and some associated parking lot and landscaping re-work. Minor building interior work in later phase. Exterior scope of work ~ 18,400 sf.”

Unsurprisingly, the extensive work will cost upwards of $1,000,000 and not reach completion until mid December, according to estimates.

Founded in Hapeville, Georgie by Truett Cathy in 1946, Chick-Fil-A has since become one of the most notable and ubiquitous fast casual restaurants in the United States. Chick-fil-A is especially known for its chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, hospitable staff, and being consistently, unequivocally closed on Sundays.
