The quickly growing fast-casual chain Smalls Sliders will be opening at least five known locations, with the first opening sometime in early 2025, according to recent reporting.

Smalls Sliders serves up beef patty-based cheeseburger sliders, with options to add a second patty, more cheese, bacon, and/or pickles and sauce. Apart from its central offering, customers can expect small grilled cheese, sauces (its signature mayonnaise-based Smauce and a queso), waffle fries, and milkshakes (vanilla, chocolate, cookies and cream).

Smalls’ initial Austin plan includes five locations somewhere in the northern area of the city, per Austin Business Journal. Leading those is franchisee Jonny Rodgers, who is also a partner agent of real estate agency Den Property Group. The overall company is looking to open another location somewhere in South Austin too,” the report states.

Founded in Louisiana in 2019 by founder Brandon Landry, the company’s most notable financial backer is former New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees.
