While little is currently known about the concept, Ryleigh Abraham, Marketing and Office Manager of Nico Romo Hospitality Group, hinted that more details will be revealed soon in a recent Facebook post about the establishment.

Born in Lyon, France, Chef Nico Romo is South Carolina’s only French Master Chef and a member of The French Culinary Academy. Trained under Chef Patrick Henriroux, Romo has directed culinary programs for Patrick Properties Hospitality Group and earned recognition as a Sustainable Seafood Ambassador.

Currently, Nico Romo Hospitality Group operates three establishments in the area: NICO | Oysters + Seafood in Mt Pleasant, Bistronomy by Nico in Charleston, and Laura in Summerville. Each venue reflects Chef Romo’s European culinary background and commitment to using locally sourced ingredients.
