Green Collective Eatery, an all-day healthy cafe destination, has rebranded as Every Little Thing and is expanding into Cherry Creek with its third location.

Owned by Allison Rifkin, Every Little Thing will open at 2810 E. 3rd Ave. in the former Town Pump Eatery space. It will join its other locations in the Highland neighborhood and Washington Park, according to The Denver Business Journal.

The eatery launched in 2021 after Rifkin began navigating her own autoimmune health journey and set out to create food she could feel good about eating while still remaining craveable. Now, five years later, the name change “reflects what we’ve always believed: the little things are often the big things. Every ingredient, every detail, every experience,” the website reads.

The menu features toasts, bowls, salads and smoothies, along with adaptogenic lattes, juices and coffee.

Highlights include the “Backyard Bowl” with avocado, sweet potato, cabbage, fennel slaw, rice, pickles, potato crisps, hemp ranch and homemade buffalo sauce; “The Basic” smoothie with almond-cashew mylk, açaí, strawberries, bananas and dates, topped with bee pollen and coconut; and avocado toast with jammy egg, pickled onion, chives, dill, lemon zest, olive oil, sea salt and chili flakes.

Every Little Thing will expand its menu to include Town Pump Eatery items, including the chicken Caesar wrap and bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches. It will also stay open for dinner until 7:30 p.m., unlike its other locations, the outlet reported.

The rebrand isn’t limited to the eatery. Town Pump Provisions, also in the same space, will become Corner Drugs in Cherry Creek. The 1,900-square-foot, three-concept space will feature the rebranded vintage corner store, Every Little Thing, along with Little Man Ice Cream Company.

Together, the rebranded concepts aim to redefine their identities while positioning themselves for future expansion.

Corner Drugs will close Town Pump Eatery on May 1 to begin construction on Every Little Thing, with plans to reopen the space in June.
