Mendocino Farms, a fast-casual restaurant chain founded in 2005 in Los Angeles, is getting ready to expand its presence in the area once again with a new location coming to Long Beach at 4201 McGowen Street, Site #205.
The company is getting ready to open a new location in the former home of Wahoo’s Fish Tacos in the Long Beach Exchange shopping mall, according to a recent liquor license application. This will be the second Mendocino Farms in Long Beach, following a Mendo To Go at 1388 Daisy Avenue, making this the first full-service restaurant in Long Beach for the company. It’s unclear when this location will open, but when it does, customers can expect creative sandwiches, salads, and seasonal dishes in a welcoming, community-focused environment.
