Catch Hospitality Group is relaunching CATCH Los Angeles ahead of its 10-year anniversary. The relaunch brings a more refined, intimate, and food-focused upgrade to the restaurant. These upgrades are in line with the group’s newer concepts, marking a new beginning for the culinary destination.
CATCH Los Angeles to Relaunch This Month

CATCH Los Angeles is relaunching ahead of its 10-year anniversary on April 30, 2026. The rooftop restaurant has been a go-to for sunset dinners and lively nights. Now, this relaunch brings an upgraded version of the beloved dining spot, elevating the experience for visitors.
The relaunch introduces a redesigned space, updated menu, and a stronger focus on high-quality seafood. The menu is led by culinary director Michael Vignola, who highlights fresh seafood and bold flavors. The space, redesigned by Rockwell Group, features warm tones and natural textures.
“CATCH has always been about energy, atmosphere, and that unmistakable sense of arrival, but with this relaunch, we wanted to push every element further,” says Mark Birnbaum, CHG Partner. “From the design to the menu, it’s a complete evolution that’s more elevated, more intentional, and ultimately more in tune with how people want to dine today.”
Remodeled Design Elements

The new space offers a light-filled rooftop layout that blends indoor and outdoor elements. It is inspired by Desert Modernism and layers of auburn reds and terracotta tones. It also features the brand’s signature green, organic textures, and clean architectural lines.
The remodeled space embraces warm tones that feel distinctly Californian. Inside, a red marble bar with tri-colored marble flooring anchors the room. These details make the space more refined and intimate, in line with the group’s newer concepts.
New Menu Highlights

Culinary Director Michael Vignola brings a menu that highlights fresh seafood and bold flavors. The fish is sourced from Tokyo’s Toyosu Market, which is the gold standard of global seafood sourcing. New dishes at the restaurant include Angry Lobster Mafaldine, Crudo di Catch, and Miso-Mushroom Wagyu. The restaurant also offers updated classics like Lobster Mac & Cheese and a new pretzel-croissant bread.
The beverage program also sees an upgrade. Beverage Director Lucas Robinson uses modern techniques to add depth and precision to the drinks menu. The menu includes a Tomato Martini and Matcha Macadamia Negroni, with returning favorites. The wine list is curated by Emily Buse, recognized among the top 50 sommeliers in the U.S.
As CATCH Los Angeles approaches its 10-year milestone, the relaunch signals more than just an upgrade. The relaunch marks a refined evolution of a community staple with its renewed menu and space. The rooftop destination is set to enter its next chapter with a renewed focus, while staying true to the energy that made it iconic.
