Sister Sump Cafe, a new eatery nestled inside the Southland Mall at 1254 Southland Mall, is set to open its doors by the end of January 2024, according to co-owners Ruthel Farris and Stephon Sumpter-Bey.

With diverse offerings including comfort food such as chicken wings, lamb chops, burgers, Rotel dip, fries, and a full vegan menu, Sister Sump will cater to a wide range of appetites. Although the cafe will be closed most Sundays, the duo hopes to welcome guests one Sunday every month for ‘Soul Food Sundays.’

The upcoming cafe stands as a testament to the owners’ passion for diverse, flavorful fare. Whether you’re a meat lover or a dedicated vegan, Sister Sump Cafe invites you to indulge in soulful culinary delights in the new year.
