Garden Butcher, the healthful Boca Raton cafe, is expanding north.

The cafe that offers breakfast, lunch, and prepared foods is set to open in West Palm Beach in May, according to an Instagram reel posted by owner, Erin Leeds. The new cafe and shop will be located at 501 S. Olive Avenue, at the The Shoppes on Gardenia at the corner of South Olive Avenue and Gardenia Street. According to its website, the restaurant is also planning a Wellington location, although there are no further details at this time.

Chef/owner Leeds creates a menu of items that are healthful and delicious using quality and organic ingredients that are seed-oil free. Goods are inspired by local farms & seasonal produce, with the chef sourcing from neighbors. The restaurant’s flagship Boca Raton location has gone viral on social media as being the, “Erewhon of South Florida” for its smoothies, like the “Strawberry Glow” that match the famous California market in taste and quality.

In addition to its viral smoothies, Garden Butcher serves breakfast items like a garden breakfast wrap and avocado toast,  salads like the rainbow crunch and mango avocado, bowls filled with vegetables, steak, or tuna; and delicious sandwiches and wraps. As the name implies, Garden Butcher has many options for vegetarians and vegans and also offers an array of grab and go items.
