Parish and Pour is preparing to bring a new Cajun restaurant and lounge concept to Baton Rouge, with plans to open on Florida Boulevard in fall 2026.

The restaurant is planned for 7122 Florida Blvd, previously occupied by BR Furniture Outlet, which is across from Bon Carré.

According to the Greater Baton Rouge Business Report, it will be designed as both a restaurant and entertainment destination. Parish & Pour will feature a menu centered on Cajun cuisine and seafood, complemented by a full-service cocktail bar and an outdoor oyster bar.

Guests can also expect live music and an entertainment-focused atmosphere designed to bring people together for dining and nightlife.

According to reports the owners are targeting a mid-October opening pending final building and permitting approvals.

WhatNow Media Group contacted the owner, but could not get back to us at the time of publication.
