Featuring fresh-baked breads, coffee, Turkish desserts, beer, and wine, Coffee T Bagels is an all-day café being planned for 637 10th Ave. in Hell’s Kitchen. When it opens in June, the corner café will serve bagels that have been baked fresh every morning, along with croissants and a variety of sandwiches. It will also offer breakfast plates and a curated lunch menu of prepared dishes.

Owner Tarkan Unlu recently told What Now New York that the idea behind Coffee T Bagels comes from a strong passion for coffee and a commitment to quality.

“I want to create a place where guests can enjoy truly fresh, high-quality products made in-house,” he said via email. “Nearly everything on our menu will be prepared on-site daily.”

Unlu said the dessert program will be a major point of emphasis, with many desserts made in-house. He added that there will be a “special focus on Turkish desserts, bringing a unique touch to the neighborhood.”

Guests will also be able to enjoy draft beer, bottled beer, and a selection of wines. The indoor space is approximately 1,100 square feet, with indoor seating for 30 guests. Unlu said he is currently in the process of securing permits for outdoor seating along both the front and side of the corner location.

“We are excited to bring something fresh and distinctive to Hell’s Kitchen and look forward to welcoming the community soon!” Unlu said.
