Dispensary Being Planned for Former East Harlem Deli

Currently holding a Conditional Adult Use Retail Dispensary (CAURD) license, Lyfted Essentials is a cannabis company planning to open a dispensary in East Harlem at 323 E 108th St. According to the official website, Lyfted Essentials aims to be a leading cannabis retailer in the region. The owners have withdrawn a permit application for the June meeting of Community Board 11, citing incomplete paperwork. They plan to reapply for the July meeting. The Lyfted Essentials website says the company plans to provide a welcoming and educational environment where customers can feel comfortable, regardless of their cannabis experience level. The company also pledges to have a positive impact on the communities where its dispensaries are located.
