A permit filing with Community Board 11 for Fork & Cork 2 LLC indicates that the owners are seeking a full liquor license and looking to offer a happy hour that ends at 7 p.m. It will be open daily from noon to midnight and have seating for 31 guests, including seven seats at the bar. The owner is behind the new concept are Enrique Lermo and Anne O’Hare. What Now New York recently reported on another concept the partners are planning for 1614 3rd Ave. in the Upper East Side. That restaurant will reportedly have a seafood focus.
