Emanar Cellars, the winery located at 1113 SE Rasmussen Blvd in Battle Ground, WA, has closed. But soon, a new cocktail bar will be replacing it: The Savvy Sipper.
Promising “Classic Cocktails, Gourmet Grazing, and Vintage Vibes,” the Savvy Sipper will celebrate its grand opening toward the end of this month.
Many of the details on the Savvy Sipper are still largely under wraps. The bar’s website, however, features several evocative images: a cocktail in a highball class, sliced bread, a charcuterie board, a martini with three skewered olives.
You can visit the site to sign up for the Savvy Sipper’s email list and “stay up-to-date with what’s happening at the savviest spot in town.”
What Now reached out on Friday to Savvy Sipper co-owner Trent Niarkos to ask about plans for the opening. Niarkos was not immediately available for comment.
Replacing Emanar Cellars in the Rasmussen Blvd location, The Savvy Sipper will join nearby bars and restaurants like Los Pepe’s, Sweet Peas Tea Room, Everybody Brewing at Northwood, and more.
