Hyper-Kidz appears to be expanding its footprint in San Antonio with plans for a new location at Leon Creek Shopping Center, according to a recently filed permit with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

The upcoming indoor playground is planned for 6808 Huebner Rd. and will occupy approximately 14,654 square feet. Project documents indicate the work will involve an interior build-out of the existing space, with construction expected to begin on July 20, 2026, and wrap up by November 13, 2026. The renovation is valued at $650,000.

The tenant is listed as Naveen Thadur, while Leon SA Income Partners, LP, owns the property. Thadur also confirmed to What Now San Antonio that he was the franchise owner of the space and that it is expected to open “after October, can be in November or December, as per city approval and inspection timelines,” Thadur told What Now San Antonio.

Hyper-Kidz is an indoor play concept designed for children, featuring play structures, dedicated toddler areas and party spaces that encourage active, imaginative play in a climate-controlled environment.

What Now San Antonio has reached out to the tenant for additional details regarding the upcoming location. This article may be updated as more information becomes available.
