Johnstone Supply is preparing to renovate and upgrade its Victoria location with plans that include improvements to its existing building and the addition of a new parking lot.
According to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), the project will take place at 4401 North Main St. and involves the renovation of an existing 7,800-square-foot building. The project carries an estimated construction cost of $772,000.
Construction is expected to begin on June 29, 2026, with completion currently targeted for February 15, 2027.
Project documents describe the scope of work as the remodel of the existing facility along with the construction of a new concrete parking lot. The project is privately funded, with Stephens Equity Partners, Ltd. listed as the property owner. Tucker Construction Company, based in Victoria, is serving as the project’s design firm.
