Amiri is preparing to make changes to its space at The Mall at La Cantera, according to a recently filed project with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

The luxury fashion brand is planning renovations at Suite 1285 within The Mall at La Cantera, located at 15900 La Cantera Parkway in San Antonio. The project is registered as a renovation and alteration and is expected to begin on July 1, 2026, with completion targeted for September 1, 2026.

According to state filings, the project is estimated to cost $450,000 and will be privately funded by the tenant. The planned work will cover approximately 2,203 square feet and include interior renovations, minor demolition, the removal of a restroom, new partitions, electrical updates, and new finishes throughout the space.

La Cantera Retail Limited Partnership owns the property, while Lauren Cox is listed as the tenant contact. Design work for the project is being handled by Two One Two Design, a Kansas-based design firm.

Founded in 2014 by Mike Amiri, Amiri is known for its luxury apparel, footwear, and accessories inspired by Los Angeles culture. The brand operates boutiques in major markets around the world and is stocked by leading luxury retailers.

What Now San Antonio reached out for additional information regarding the project and ownership details, but did not receive a response at the time of publication. This article will be updated as more information becomes available.
