Surje Coffee Co. is growing its mobile service with a stationary outpost in Downtown El Cajon. The specialty coffee roaster announced on social media its working on its second coffee cart, preparing to install inside the East County Art Association Gallery on Main Street.
Surje Coffee, pronounced like Surge, has been hosting pop-up events and providing coffee catering services for special occasions with its mobile coffee cart since 2021. The business also sells its specialty roasts and apparel online, with coffee subscriptions available by the month.
Featuring a menu of traditional espresso-based drinks, Surje Coffee Co. is dairy-free and offers a variety of alternative milk and handmade syrups for its signature lattes. Their mocktail-style coffees include the Cold Brew Fashioned, Mole-a-Latte, and Ruby Tonic feature elevated ingredients like bitters and flavorful cordials.
