Tipsy Tuna is preparing to bring Hawaiian-style poke and drinks to Coupeville. The new restaurant is planned for 15 NW Coveland St., according to a recently filed liquor license application.
The application lists Chelsea Till Jensen and David Jenson as applicants. The business is seeking tavern beer-and-wine privileges, along with approval for growler takeout and delivery.
The Tipsy Tuna describes the concept on its social media pages as a spot for Hawaiian-style poke and drinks. Its current profiles list planned hours from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Friday.
The restaurant is expected to open in summer 2026, though an exact date and additional menu details have not been announced.
