West Coast Confection is planning their first bakery and cafe in the Rolando neighborhood near SDSU. The bakeshop is in the works on El Cajon Blvd, next to Vegan Urbano and BLVD63 apartment complex.

Owners Tanya and Christopher Greene serve the West Coast vibes taking influence from classic hip hop artists to create hit brownies, blondies, cookies, and seasonal sweet treats.

West Coast Confection “puts the hug in thug” with comforting baked goods and scratch-made creations like the S’more Money, S’more Problems brownie or Gangsta’s Paradise peanut butter cookie. Plus seasonal treats like the Zest Coast, a lemon-infused summer blondie stuffed with Lemon Oreo cookies and housemade blueberry compote.

Expect West Coast Confection to open in Fall 2022. For now, treat yo self to sweets online with rotating flavors for sale on their Website. Follow on Facebook for updates.
