A wave of sweetness is about to hit Source Market Hall, with the news that local concept Fev’CO Chocolat will open a space there. The chocolate shop is coming to 3350 Brighton Blvd., permit filings show.

The business is currently undergoing permitting for the project, which is valued at approximately $75,000. Architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical permits were reviewed in recent weeks but are listed as “not approved”.

Once the concept is in place, taking a 300-square-foot shell, it will offer its delectable selection of chocolates, pastries, and desserts.  Fev’CO Chocolat’s premium desserts are crafted with raw ingredients and no artificial flavors, additives, or preservatives.

Owner Jeremy Dumont has a background as a highly-skilled French pastry chef. He has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants and started Fev’Co Chocolat as a catering business and online shop.
