Poke Toki is planning on its third location in downtown Grand Rapids. The new restaurant will occupy a space on the ground floor inside McKay Tower at 146 Monroe Center St NW and is anticipated to open in January. This news was first seen on MLive.

Poke Toki, a fast-casual poke bowl concept, currently operates two other locations in Plainfield Township and Grand Rapids Township. The menu features Korean, Japanese, and Hawaiian-style poke bowls and a make-your-own-bowl option that allows diners to customize everything. The restaurant also offers Korean desserts, mochis, ice creams, boba tea, Japanese soda, and other beverages.

“Poke Toki is excited to expand with this new downtown location, which is in the heart of Grand Rapids,” John Chang, owner of Poke Toki, told MLive. “We’ve been so pleased with customer response to our other restaurants that opening in downtown is a natural step in our continued growth.”

What Now Detroit reached out to Chang for more details but hadn’t heard back by the time of this coverage.
