Founded in the year 2022, by the producers of the Baja Beach Fest, this event began with an aim to celebrate Latin music and culture. Now, the festival hosts thousands of attendees and has also managed to create a significant impact on Chicago’s economy. Bringing together locals and attendees from around the country, this festival has grown exponentially. It also ties together with several local institutions to set up a music industry career fair.
After a groundbreaking inaugural festival, the Sueños Music Festival went on to hold the event annually. Attendees from the 2024 event had to be evacuated due to weather conditions, so there is no doubt that this year’s event holds more significance.
