A new dining and banquet hall project is in the works for the city near the Wisconsin border.
From their social media, The Sip 21 is coming soon to 2120 N Green Bay Road. This new space will include a bar and will host events for the community. The owners have not yet announced an opening date.
“The Sip 21 will bring a fresh new space for delicious food, great drinks and a spacious banquet hall perfect for your special events,” says a recent post on their Facebook page. It adds there will be sneak peaks and an opening date released soon.
The restaurant does not have a website yet. It was reported by Citizen Portal in October that a liquor license application was approved for the restaurant. The business currently at this address is 41 14 Forty One Fourteen Steaks & Seafood. As of now, the restaurant is still open.
Right now, the business is looking for bartenders and waitresses to join their team. Their location is in the same plaza as Sunset Chicken, Jeff Hillery’s Restaurant and Tamaleria Dona Amada. Construction is thought to be nearing completion with the business in the hiring process.
