Bringing together apparel, vintage items, gifts, and locally inspired goods, Wolf & Cub is a Jacksonville brand through and through. “As Jacksonville’s premier concept shop, we bring together a carefully designed collection of goods that inspire mindful living and authentic self-expression,” says the brand’s website, where you can shop for all your favorite “mindfully curated” items.
Now, after some time without a physical store, Wolf & Cub is preparing to make a comeback with a new location opening at 218 Church St. W in downtown Jacksonville.
“Being back in Downtown Jacksonville is incredibly exciting for us,” founder Emily Moody told What Now last week. “There’s an energy and creativity happening downtown right now that feels very aligned with what Wolf & Cub has always stood for. We want the shop to feel less like a traditional retail store and more like a creative neighborhood space where people can discover something unexpected, feel inspired, and genuinely want to spend time in.”
Moody says the new shop will feature “curated apparel, vintage finds, gifts, plants, and locally inspired goods, along with rotating collaborations and community-focused events… From the beginning, the goal was never just to sell products. It was to create spaces that feel inspiring, welcoming, and deeply connected to the culture of Jacksonville.”
The shop is currently in the buildout phase, working toward an opening in early summer. No official opening date has been revealed yet, but an announcement is expected in the coming weeks.
“We’re incredibly grateful for the support we’ve received from the Jacksonville community over the years and excited to bring Wolf & Cub back downtown in a new way,” Moody said. “We’d also love to acknowledge our partnership with JWB Real Estate Capital (owners of the building) and Matt Clark of The Urban Division (the leasing team) for helping make this project possible.”
