Luxxe Salon Suites at Potranco is preparing to expand its footprint in Far West San Antonio with a new salon suite location planned for the Potranco Road corridor, according to recently filed project documents with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
The upcoming development is set for 221 Tally Road, where it will occupy approximately 7,975 square feet as part of a new construction project registered under Nooner Holdings, LTD. The build-out is expected to introduce a luxury salon-suite environment for independent beauty and wellness professionals.
WhatNow San Antonio spoke with the owner, Steve Pichichero, who confirmed this will be the brand’s seventh location and shared further insight into the concept.
“Yes, I am the owner of Luxxe, Salon Suites, and Salon Suites of San Antonio,” the owner said. “This will be our seventh location.”
“As the founder of Luxxe Salon Suites and Salon Suites of San Antonio, we are expanding our vision for beauty entrepreneurship with a new luxury salon suite location on Potranco Road,” he added.
The owner explained that Luxxe Salon Suites was created to give beauty professionals greater independence and control over their businesses.
“Luxxe Salon Suites gives beauty professionals the freedom to run their own businesses, build their brands, and control their schedules and income,” Pichichero said. “The beauty industry has changed. Professionals want the freedom to create their own brand and business. Luxxe was built to make that possible.”
The new Potranco location will feature modern private suites, upscale interiors, concierge-style support, and 24/7 access, designed to support a wide range of professionals, including hairstylists, estheticians, nail artists, injectors, lash specialists, and massage therapists.
“We’re not just leasing rooms, we’re creating an environment where beauty professionals can grow and focus on their clients,” the businessman said.
“Our goal is to create spaces where entrepreneurs feel inspired and supported. Our team is dedicated to our beauty pros; it’s our obsession to help them succeed,” he added.
According to filings, the $618,000 project is scheduled to begin construction on July 15, 2026, with completion anticipated by January 31, 2027. The scope of work includes a full interior finish-out featuring metal stud framing, sheetrock installation, painting, floor tile work, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing improvements. Cerda Construction and Design Enterprises LLC is listed as the design firm on the project, while Sran Nooner is listed as the property owner.
As development continues along the Potranco corridor, Luxxe Salon Suites at Potranco is expected to contribute to the area’s growing mix of personal care and wellness businesses.
