Borrego Fine Jewelry is preparing to open a new location in Bulverde Village, according to recently filed project documents with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).

Borrego Fine Jewelry is a locally operated jewelry business led by owner Bob Borrego, offering fine jewellery pieces including custom designs, engagement rings, wedding bands, and everyday luxury items. The brand focuses on personalised service and craftsmanship, catering to customers seeking both ready-made and custom jewellery options.

The upcoming jewelry store will be located at 20409 State Hwy 46, Suite 105 in Bulverde, within Comal County. The project, registered under TABS2026022153, outlines plans for a first-generation interior finish-out within a 2,202-square-foot space.

Construction is set to begin on August 1, 2026, with completion expected by October 1, 2026. The project carries an estimated construction cost of $330,000 and is privately funded for private retail use.

According to filings, the tenant is listed as Bob Borrego, while the property owner is Texas Regional Bank. Robert Borrego confirmed with What Now San Antonio that he was the owner of this upcoming space and refused to comment any further until the space is ready to welcome its guests.

The design work is being handled by San Antonio-based Redwood Architects, with Garza and Davis LLC also listed as a contact associated with the filing.

Once complete, Borrego Fine Jewelry will join the Bulverde Village retail lineup, bringing a new jewellery retail offering to the growing Comal County area.
