Though 2026 is not yet over, 2027 is already shaping up to be a good year for Collierville tea drinkers, thanks to a “milk tea spot with a lot of heart”. After making a big impression in Cordova, The Bếp Teahouse is working on a new location in Collierville, set to open next year.
The Bếp announced its upcoming Collierville arrival via social media post. Speaking of its 1016 West Poplar Avenue, Suite 104 home, ownership states: “We’re excited to announce that The Bếp Teahouse is coming to Collierville in early 2027! Your favorite drinks, premium matcha, Vietnamese coffee, Korean corn dogs, and fun snacks are coming your way.”
While the post did not provide Collierville locals with a precise opening date, it did give them plenty of reason to be optimistic that they won’t need to wait too much longer to stop into The Bếp for some refreshment; the eatery is on track to open early next year.
The Bếp first entered the dining scene in 2017. The concept has made a big impression, thanks to the ethos stated on the website: “We brew teas from loose leaves tea, organic tea, all premium grade. Our sweetener is 100% simple syrup derived from sugar canes. Our fruits are fresh selections only. Our milk is organic. Most importantly, our chewy, honeyed boba is made in the U.S. (in fact, we were the first store in town to do so!).”
While of course the various teas-including fruit, cheese foam, and milk options-are the stars, The Bếp isn’t letting anyone leave hungry. Guests can feast on fries, wings, and fried fish tofu.
