Auntie Anne’s at Broomfield’s FlatIron Crossing mall is undergoing some changes, as construction documents reveal plans to move into a new area of the shopping center. Permits show the business will relocate from its kiosk on the first floor to a shell on the second level of the property, located at One West Flatiron Dr.

Records show the location is set to undergo around $100,000 in contracting work starting next month. The scope of work includes wall construction, as well as updated finishes, new lighting, fixtures, plumbing, and signage. Architect Cortland Morgan and Case Engineering firm are listed as collaborators.

The franchisees for this location are Parul and Nil Darji of H & V Pretzels, LLC. Company records show the pair also operates several other units in local malls, including at Chapel Hills Mall, Foothills Mall in Fort Collins, Southwest Plaza in Littleton, and on 16th St. Mall downtown.

Its relocation comes as FlatIron Crossing owner Macerich announced recently that it will undergo a $240 million redevelopment. Mile High CRE reported the center will add a 25-acre outdoor shopping and dining complex on the grounds of the property, as well as a new luxury apartment complex.
