Blazing Bird is continuing its Colorado expansion with plans to open a new restaurant on East Colfax Avenue in Denver.

According to a city filing, the new location will be at 2341 E. Colfax Ave. The restaurant’s website also confirms the address, although an opening date has not yet been announced.

Blazing Bird opened in 2021, and is owned by Artem Muradyan. It focuses on Nashville hot chicken and has locations in Denver, Arvada, Englewood, Westminster and Lakewood.

Customers can expect hand-breaded chicken sandwiches and tenders served with classic toppings such as coleslaw and pickles, alongside a selection of sides. The planned East Colfax restaurant would add to the brand’s growing presence across the Front Range as it continues to expand throughout the Denver metro area.

WhatNow Media Group reached out to the owner, but could not get back to us at the time of publication.
