Chicago-based Boka Restaurant Group is planning to expand its Colorado presence with three new dining concepts in Cherry Creek.

The group has submitted plans to open two restaurants, Picchi and Varda, along with 2nd & Adams Rooftop, a rooftop bar and restaurant at 3250 E. Second Avenue, according to the Denver Business Journal.

According to the news outlet, Picchi appears to be an Italian concept that will feature dishes such as pappardelle, cavatelli, mussels and scallop crudo, while Varda is expected to offer a Mediterranean-inspired menu with items including falafel, shawarma-spiced carrot tartare, pita with hummus and labneh, and Arabic salad.

Founded in 2002 by Rob Katz and Kevin Boehm, Boka Restaurant Group is one of Chicago’s most acclaimed hospitality companies. The group operates restaurants across Chicago, California, Florida and New York City and is behind the Michelin-starred Boka restaurant in Chicago. Its chefs and founders have also earned numerous James Beard Foundation nominations and awards over the years.

No opening timeline has been announced for the Cherry Creek concepts.
