The team behind King of Wings is preparing to expand with two new restaurant concepts in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.

Owners Eddie Renshaw and Evan Pierce, along with King of Wings kitchen manager Mitch Conley, are planning to open Snipeburger and Tillie’s Tavern Pizza under one roof at 6995 W 38th Avenue, according to Westword.

The two concepts will operate from the same building with separate entrances. Snipeburger will focus on smashburgers, while Tillie’s Tavern Pizza will serve Chicago tavern-style pizza.

Both brands have already been introduced to customers through pop-up events at King of Wings locations. Snipeburger has appeared on Tuesday nights in Golden, while Tillie’s Tavern Pizza has been featured on Mondays and Thursdays in Wheat Ridge.

Additional details, including an opening timeline, have not yet been announced. WhatNow Media reached out to the owner but could not get back to us at the time of publication.
