Denver’s breakfast scene is about to get a little bigger as Egg Harbor Cafe is bringing its breakfast, brunch and lunch concept to Belleview Station.
The new location is planned for 7222 E. Layton Avenue, adding another dining option to the mixed-use development in southeast Denver.
Founded in 1985, Egg Harbor Cafe is a third-generation, family-owned restaurant known for its breakfast, brunch and lunch offerings. The menu features everything from classic egg dishes and pancakes to skillets, sandwiches, fresh salads, gluten-free options and rotating seasonal specials.
From fluffy pancakes and hearty skillets to fresh coffee and seasonal specials, Egg Harbor Cafe focuses on scratch-made meals served in an inviting setting. A full barista bar and curated brunch cocktails round out the experience, complementing a menu designed for everything from weekday breakfasts to leisurely weekend brunches.
The Belleview Station website describes the restaurant as being rooted in fresh, high-quality ingredients and a genuine commitment to how food is made and served, values that have helped shape the brand for more than four decades.
An opening date for the Denver location has not yet been announced.
